*1. Handwashing sink in the warewashing room is blocked with several storage crates. A handwashing facility shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Affected items were relocated during inspection, allowing sink to be accessible. Corrected on-site.
2. No paper towels at the hand wash sink in the warewashing area. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap, individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air hand drying device.
